These terms apply to this website and to the launch notification form on it. By using the site you accept them.

They do not apply to any separate Konversed application you sign in to, which is governed by the terms presented within that application.

Konversed is not yet generally available. Everything on this page describes a product in development.

Nothing here is an offer to sell, an offer of securities, a solicitation, a price quotation, or a commitment to supply anything. Statements about what the software will do are our current intention and are not contractual commitments.

You may read this site and copy or print pages for your own reference.

Do not attempt unauthorized access to it or to any connected system, interfere with its operation, submit anything unlawful or containing malicious code, misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for another person or organization, or harvest personal data from it.

Ordinary search indexing is fine. Bulk scraping, credential testing and load generation are not.

When you submit the form you confirm the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to provide it.

What we do with it is set out in the privacy policy. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either of us. It signs you up for one message.

The legacy sign in link in the footer leads to an existing Konversed application at a different address. This site does not process your credentials and does not receive them.

Your use of that application is governed by the terms and privacy notice presented there, not by this page.

The text, layout, design and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission.

The Konversed name, the Konversed wordmark and our logo are ours. Nothing on this page grants you any right to use them.

Award marks shown on this website are the property of the organizations that issued them and are reproduced with permission. Nothing here grants you any right to use them.

This website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

We may change these terms. The version published here is the one that applies and it carries the date it was last updated.

How to reach us. We do not publish an email address. The form on the home page is the way to contact us, and it is the only one. Tell us what you need in the message and we will respond to the address you give.
