This site collects one thing: what you type into the launch notification form. This page says exactly what that is.
The short version
Only what you type into the launch notification form:
Required: first name, surname, country, email address.
Optional: company name, and how you heard about us.
That is the complete list. We ask for nothing else and the site collects nothing in the background.
Our forms provider records your IP address, browser user agent and referring page with each submission. We do not choose this and cannot switch it off, so we disclose it.
To tell you when Konversed is available, and to understand in broad terms which countries and which channels the interest is coming from.
Your name and company let us address you properly rather than sending an anonymous blast. We do not sell, rent or share any of it.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit this site, which pages they read, and roughly where in the world they are. It tells us whether the launch announcement is reaching anyone. It does not tell us who you are.
It does not run until you allow it. When you first arrive, analytics is switched off. A banner asks whether you accept it. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google.
If you accept: Google sets cookies to recognize a returning browser, and receives your IP address, the pages you view, and general information about your device and browser. Google processes this data in the United States and acts as our processor for it. We have IP anonymization enabled.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which resets the choice and asks you again.
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That happens regardless of your analytics choice, because it is how the site is delivered at all.
Until launch, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
A specific retention period is still to be set and will be stated here once it is.
This website is hosted by Netlify, which serves the pages, keeps server logs and stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify processes this data in the United States.
Google receives analytics data if you accept analytics, as described in section 4. Google processes it in the United States.
We use no other processor for this site.
The legacy sign in link in the footer leads to an existing Konversed application at another address. This website does not receive or process your credentials, and nothing you do there reaches this page.
That application carries its own privacy notice, which governs it.
Konversed Holdings, LLC is a United States company and our host operates in the United States. If you submit the form from outside the United States, your information is transferred there.
The transfer mechanism for submissions from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or other restricted regions is to be confirmed.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. You may withdraw consent at any time.
We will not charge you for exercising these rights and will not treat you differently for doing so.
Withdrawing analytics consent does not need a request. Clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will ask you again.
How to make a request. We do not publish an email address. Use the form on the home page, say what you are asking for, and we will reply to the address you give. It is the only route in, which means nothing gets lost in a mailbox nobody watches.
This notice flags its own gaps rather than papering over them.
