FOUNDER | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR | CEO
Brett blends seasoned business, marketing and design skills with his passion for personable and simple technology that, for the first time, puts customers safely in control of their data, content and privacy. He calls it app curation utopia.
The seeds of Brett’s Konversed journey were firmly planted 17 years ago when he developed an obsession with strategic marketing and beautiful high-end design. Using experience gained over a decade in advertising and global media buying agencies,
Brett founded a successful advertising studio where he was headhunted to manage the communications for a prestige automotive dealership group. He worked with brands such as Ferrari, Bentley and Lamborghini. Here, as Head of Advertising, Marketing, Media and Events, Brett deepened his strategic knowledge of advancing digital media, and became acutely aware of content ownership and the struggles of creatives and brands to maintain rights.
In 2006, Brett co-founded PrestigeWay – a cloud technology start-up for the automotive industry, gaining invaluable experience in cloud and app development and marketing. He was also the brainchild behind the tablet publishing platform Digitize, launched in 2010. As Founder and CEO of Konversed, Brett is a huge advocate of data privacy and an expert in identifying tech trends.

With personal experience of intellectual property theft, Matt built Konversed to solve an IP and ownership problem experienced by creatives across the globe. As a self-confessed futurist, Matt channels his authentic passion for high-quality ‘design with heart’ into
transformative software architecture that makes users feel instantly at home.
Matt’s skills transcend the industry norm, resulting in the Konversed app – a revolutionary design by creatives for creatives with a subtle dose of tech geekiness bringing the user interface to its purest function and form.
His deep understanding of app design and the complexities involved in programming led him to propel several pioneering cloud and mobile tech product developments. These include the high-end automotive platform PrestigeWay, tablet publishing platform Digitize, and TrayPay restaurant POS software for IOS devices.
Before concentrating his skills on the app development arena, Matt was a multi-award-winning graphic designer with a successful design studio. He collected more than 18 years of experience in Australia and Germany, working with various spheres of government as well as sophisticated technology, industrial and product design clients, including Woodmark Arne Christiansen, Audi Australia, Audi AG Ingolstadt and Dallmeier.
Henry’s Swiss Army Knife-style skill set across finance and operations ensures we can count on him for every Konversed adventure.
Thinker, doer, innovator, strategist — Henry brings 25 years of expertise to our Konversed family. His experience in organizational design and implementation, business development, operational efficiency, strategic planning and international mergers and acquisitions ensures trusted support for our CEO and growing business.
After graduating with a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Henry was appointed CFO for ETEK International before moving to EY where he worked as a senior corporate deal adviser for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and divestitures.
Through his subsequent role as Managing Director of RAMP Capital Partners, Henry built a reputation for establishing, leading and building solid relationships with investment professionals including broker/dealers, private equity firms, M&A executives, CEOs, CFOs and CDOs, corporate attorneys and industry specialists.
Described by our CEO as one of the top blokes he’s ever met, Henry’s core values align with our Konversed family. Like us, he prefers to zag when others zig. He is a true strategic zagzigist in our Konversed world.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR | ADVISOR
Dan has been actively involved in the business development of technology start-ups since 1995, and an advisor for Konversed since its inception. Industry renowned, Dan has an unrivalled network of OEM, Retail, ISP and ISV channel partners, built during his 20 years of experience in the technology space.
With intimate knowledge of the distribution and monetization of software and services through mass-market channel partners, Dan is in the position to expertly guide Konversed, ensuring the future-proofing of its technology. He is widely respected for his pivotal role in successfully leading the worldwide business development efforts for Norton Online Backup – Symantec’s first stand-alone consumer cloud backup service.
Dan also executed the successful worldwide channel distribution strategy for cloud service start-up, SwapDrive, (an online backup, storage and sharing service), from the company’s inception through to its acquisition by Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) for $123 million.
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
As technology, business process and workflow UX architecture advisor, Paul infuses his vast knowledge and skills into our core Konversed DNA.
Paul has worked in various industries and performed many roles including DB Analyst, Sys Admin, Software Developer, Project Manager and Solution / Enterprise / Business-Process Architect – his vast knowledge and experience make him a technology and business analyst on metaphorical steroids.
Fluent in three languages, Paul has traversed the globe and worked on many high-profile projects. He successfully designed and implemented IT systems and infrastructure with culturally diverse teams for organizations ranging from high growth start-ups to multinationals.
While designing and implementing high-security government ID solutions for the Republic of Congo in 2010, he developed a passion for cryptography which blossomed into a love for blockchain / decentralized ledger technology. Today, as one of the world’s experts in this area, Paul advises Konversed on technology, business process and workflow UX architecture with a focus on cms, mobile and online content delivery as well as decentralized applications/blockchain.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR GERMANY
Thomas Georgi, bar licensed attorney in the State of Bavaria with a Master’s degree in International Studies.
Thomas is an attorney specialising in contract, employment and real estate law. He is a lecturer on economic and employment law at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Regensburg and the Chamber of Crafts Niederbayern-Oberpfalz (HWK) and is a member of several examination committees of the IHK Regensburg. He is a partner at Rechtsanwalt Hoyer.
Willi intuitively translates the Konversed vision from beautiful designer interfaces into working architecture, managing the implementation across multiple teams of developers like a conductor in an orchestra.
It’s not every day you meet a highly experienced, multilingual software architect of Dutch descent. And as soon as we found Willi, we knew he possessed a rare Konversed superpower – the ability to blend phenomenal coding knowledge with a passion for beautiful, intuitive design that matched our own.
With a degree in information technology and over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, Willi is our skilled and collaborative project leader.
He defines all aspects of Konversed development from technology and workflow to coding standards. He follows best practices, communicates concepts and provides technical guidance and coaching to our team of developers and engineers. Not all heroes wear capes…
As an Art Director at Publicitas Hamburg, Tina designed and implemented forward-thinking, creative design projects for a variety of top-level clients within diverse sectors.
Clients include: Ballantines, DAK Insurance, Mercedes Benz, Grand Elysee Hotel, Alice Telecommunication, Volksbank, Deutsche Post, Mont Blanc, TUi + Deilmann tourism, Otto + Poetry + Sheego fashion, and many more.
Tina is accustomed to working with copywriters, spearheading creative direction, innovative design and development, and hands-on artistic production while motivating and inspiring team members to achieve client objectives in accordance with defined requirements and a conceptual vision.
Her background spans the gamut of traditional print advertising, Photo re-touching, social media strategy + campain delivery, along with digital media from concept through to execution.
